About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Store Leader to take charge of our well-established store in South Shields. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven retail professional to lead a small, close-knit team, build on existing management skills, and make a real impact on the day-to-day success of the business.
You'll be responsible for driving commercial performance while delivering an excellent customer experience, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a small team to achieve individual and store targets
- Drive sales performance and profitability across the store
- Deliver consistently high standards of customer service
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including stock, merchandising, and administration
- Build strong relationships with customers and the local community
- Bring fresh ideas and initiatives to support continued growth

What We're Looking For
- Proven management experience within a retail environment
- A hands-on, proactive approach with strong leadership skills
- Confidence in managing performance and coaching a team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A genuine passion for delivering great customer service

What We Offer
- Competitive salary of £30,000 to £35,000
- Monthly bonus of up to £1,000 (up to £12,000 annually)
