Not every retail management role offers the opportunity to become part of an ambitious, premium retail brand that has built an outstanding reputation by doing things differently. This is a rare opportunity to join a business at an exciting stage of its growth, where strong leadership, fresh ideas and outstanding customer experience are genuinely recognised and valued.
Combining exceptional customer service with beautiful retail environments, the business has grown rapidly and now operates a number of successful showrooms across the UK, with further expansion planned. Their Edinburgh showroom is the largest and busiest within the business, and they're now looking for an experienced Retail Store Manager to inspire, develop and lead the team, whilst continuing to deliver the exceptional customer experience that has become synonymous with the brand.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
