Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in London Marylebone. The Retail Store Manager will have experience working in luxury and be responsible for overseeing daily store operations and delivering an exceptional in-store experience for customers. This role includes leading the in-store sales team and fostering a welcoming environment that promotes customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. The manager will monitor sales performance, inventory, provide excellent customer service and ensure visual merchandising aligns with Commune’s design-driven ethos.

Requirements/ Responsibilities / Experience / Essential Qualities
- Strong store management skills, including team leadership, scheduling, and daily operations oversight.
- Customer service and customer satisfaction skills, with a focus on building lasting relationships and providing a positive in-store experience.
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to engage customers and collaborate with team members.
- Experience with managing inventory and overseeing store operations.
- Previous experience in retail management or supervisory roles, ideally within lifestyle, beauty, or luxury brands.
- Ability to work on-site in London Marylebone, including weekends and peak retail periods as needed.
- Strong organizational skills, and comfort working with point-of-sale and retail systems.
- Design-focused, with brand aligned taste.
- Experience within the luxury sector, with a strong visual eye and attention to detail.
- A business-driven professional with a deep understanding of high-end customer service as well as a strong sense of luxury.
