Role Description
The Retail Store Manager at Subdued will oversee the daily operations of the store in London, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment. This full-time, on-site role includes leading and coaching the store team, setting daily priorities, and monitoring sales performance.

Responsibilities
- Managing visual merchandising
- Maintaining stock levels
- Coordinating deliveries
- Ensuring adherence to company policies and loss prevention procedures
- Handling customer escalations
- Supporting a high level of customer care
- Managing scheduling
- Contributing to local marketing initiatives to grow store traffic and sales
- Regular reporting to Sales leadership
- Implementing brand standards consistently

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Store Manager for a similar fast fashion industry (at least 2 years)
- Excellent Communication skills to lead teams, interact with customers, and collaborate with Sales Leaders
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices, with the ability to implement procedures that minimize shrinkage and protect company assets
- Proven experience in fashion or retail management, ideally with a youth-focused or lifestyle brand
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends and peak trading periods as required
