This role also involves handling customer enquiries and concerns, maintaining accurate reporting, and collaborating with company leadership on store targets and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing skills: strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus, with the ability to handle enquiries, resolve issues, and build long term customer relationships.
• Store leadership skills: experience in Store Management, including supervising staff, coordinating daily operations, and maintaining an organised, well-presented retail environment.
• Communication skills: clear and professional Communication abilities, both verbal and written, for interacting with customers, team members, and management.
• Loss prevention skills: familiarity with Retail Loss Prevention practices, including monitoring stock, managing cash, and following procedures to reduce shrinkage.
• Additional qualifications: prior retail management or supervisory experience, industry experience preferable; comfort with basic point-of-sale systems and inventory tools; strong problem solving and decision-making skills; ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Personal attributes: reliable, organised, and detail-oriented, with a hands-on approach and the ability to motivate a team; enthusiasm for angling is an advantage, but not required.
