STORE MANAGER: Redchurch Street, Shoreditch
Be part of our growing London retail and events team.
Since opening our first permanent store in 2020, our Redchurch St. store has become a key part of the brand, hosting product launches, screenings, events and our day-to-day retail operation.
We’re now looking for a new Store Manager to lead the Shoreditch store and retail team, build on its performance and help shape what comes next.
THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Managing Director, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day running and performance of the store.
THIS INCLUDES:
- Leading, supporting and developing the retail team.
- Driving sales and delivering a considered, personal customer experience.
- Maintaining high standards across the store and visual merchandising.
- Supporting launches, screenings, events and activations.
- Feeding customer, product and retail insights back into the wider team and
- Helping us improve what we do.
- Making sure the you, the staff and the store continues to properly represent SCRT®.

YOU SHOULD HAVE:
- 5+ years experience in fashion retail.
- Previous Store Manager experience within premium fashion retail.
- A track record of leading teams and exceeding targets.
- Experience driving sales and customer experience.
- Strong people leadership and coaching skills.
- Commercial awareness and confidence working towards targets.
- Excellent communication and organisation.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A hands-on approach and willingness to lead from the shop floor.
- Right to Work in the UK.
This is a full-time retail role and includes weekend working, alongside occasional evening events and activations.

DETAILS:
- Full-time only.
- Salary dependent on experience.
