Retail Store Replenishment Lead

Location: LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY
Hours: Full time fully flexible, any 5 days out of 7 - hours 15.00 to 23.00.
Contract Type: Seasonal

Here at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort our 2026 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for a Retail Store Replenishment Lead to join our AWESOME Warehouse Team!

As the Retail Store Replenishment Lead you will lead a team of Twilight Assistants to replenish The LEGO® Store each evening. As the Resort's largest store - and one of the largest LEGO® stores in the UK, we are looking for a highly self-motivated individual with strong communication skills and a determination to succeed! You'll help to build and develop the team - working together to support, communicate and encourage, so the ideal candidate will bring strong skills in leading teams as well as experience in fast paced retail environments.

What you'll be doing...

  • You will be responsible for leading the team in bringing deliveries onto the shop floor and making sure that the stock is placed into the correct sections with products merchandised according to agreed directions.
  • You will create a strong working relationship and communication process with the Back of House Team Leader to ensure full handovers and updates on processes.
  • You will make sure the stockroom is kept tidy, is easy to use and adheres to H&S laws.
  • Responsibility for ensuring that all equipment is checked every day for damages and that is safe to use.
  • The Retail Store Replenishment Lead will support in preparation with, and attendance at, regular stock takes.
  • You will be responsible for following closing check lists to ensure that the shop is secured each evening.
  • The Lead will create a motivating and fun environment for the team - recognising best performance as appropriate. They will be responsible for ensuring that Twilight Assistants are briefed at the start of their shift, and will work with the Back of House Assistant Manager to set objectives and identify training and development needs for the team.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Due to nature of the role and working hours, applicants must be 18 years old or over.
  • Please ensure that you are able to meet the availability requirements of this role - any five days out of seven, which will involve weekend and Bank Holiday working, and shift times of 15.00 to 23.00.
  • Due to the shift times involved, please ensure you have considered your travel to and from the Resort.
  • Previous experience of leading a team is essential - with skills in developing and building teams preferable.
  • We are looking for candidates with experience of working in a fast paced retail environment, with demonstrable understanding of delivering excellent guest service.

About the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort

We are looking for a Retail Store Replenishment Lead to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to three awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
