ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you ready to be at the heart of retail innovation? As our Retail Strategy & Design Support partner, you will play a pivotal role in bringing the Partnership’s future to life. This is a high impact support position where you will bridge the gap between abstract strategic ambitions and the physical reality of our shops.

You will be responsible for the end to end coordination of our Horizon 1–3 initiatives, ensuring we balance immediate shop improvements with radical future innovation. Whether you are gathering competitor intelligence, organising design sprints, or physically launching Proof of Concept (PoC) trials in-store, your work will ensure that every investment case is backed by organised data and real-world results. In addition to your contractual pay, any time worked between 22:00 - 06:00 will attract Night Premium at a rate of £4.75 per hour. This will also apply to existing Partners who have enrolled onto Enhanced Hours Premium arrangements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
