Retail Supervisor — Northwood HQ, HA6 3HP — Permanent, Full-Time (40 hrs/week) — Late Shift (11:30–20:00) — £14.12/hour

What You’ll Do

As the Retail Supervisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing the store when the Manager is unavailable. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Store Operations & Leadership:

    • Oversee day-to-day retail operations, ensuring an efficient and welcoming shopping experience.
    • Open, close, and manage the store, including cash handling, order processing, and delivery coordination.
    • Lead and develop a team of retail assistants, fostering engagement and performance.
  • Customer & Store Excellence:

    • Maintain a safe, clean, and well-stocked shop environment.
    • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every visitor leaves happy.
  • Cost & Efficiency:

    • Monitor costs and reduce waste to maximise profitability.

What We’re Looking For

✔ Eligibility & Compliance:

  • Legal right to work in the UK.
  • Willingness to pass security vetting and DBS checks.

✔ Experience & Skills:

  • Previous experience in retail or supervisory roles is advantageous, but not mandatory.
  • Proven leadership and customer service skills are key.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-driven environment.
