About the Role
Position: FTSV
Hours: 39 hours across 5 days per week.
Pay: £13.61 per hour.
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire (postcode: LS10 3SA)
Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Pay & Benefits

- Minimum Weekly Hours: 39
- Minimum Weekly Earnings: £530
- Overtime: Available

Responsibilities
- Be an important part of the management team and support the manager in leading the team to run an efficient shop and provide a great service to customers.
- Take full responsibility for running the shop in the manager’s absence.
- Open and close the shop, handle cash, place orders, and develop the team of retail assistants.
- Take responsibility for the control of operational costs including shrinkage, waste, and payroll.

Requirements
- A friendly, positive, hard-working approach to work.
- To be a ‘people person’ who finds it easy to get on with everyone and is able to build strong working relationships.
- To be trustworthy and reliable.
- Some experience as a supervisor, team leader, or manager in retail or similar industries would be beneficial.
- Complete a Basic DBS check (England/Wales) or Disclosure Scotland check (Scotland) if hired.
