As we continue to scale our global platform, the Retail Supervisor will play a critical role in leading front line selling and delivering world-class in-store fan experiences.
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Retail Supervisor plays a critical role in the store and/or venue, partnering with the Management Team to create the ultimate game day and shopping experience for fans by leading the front line selling effort. This position drives results through effective communication, team building, and consistent execution of sales and operations plans across a rotating schedule that includes days, nights, and weekends. The Retail Supervisor delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights.

- Communicate clear expectations for assignments and projects to employees under your supervision, ensuring alignment on priorities and accountabilities.
- Provide training and onboarding assistance to new employees, building a capable and confident store team.
- Deliver timely, constructive feedback to associates based on observed job performance, fan comments, and knowledge of the work environment.
Fan & Customer Impact (Obsessed with Fans)
- Lead customer engagement on the floor, modelling and coaching world-class service behaviours that turn every interaction into a memorable fan experience.
- Train store team members to deliver consistent, fan-first service standards that meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Respond to fan needs and feedback with a positive, enthusiastic attitude, ensuring every visit reflects the Fanatics standard of excellence.
- Support an inclusive store environment that celebrates diversity and makes every fan feel welcomed and valued.
Innovation & Problem Solving (Limitless Entrepreneurial Spirit)
- Utilise business metrics — including revenue targets, per cap, and UPT — to make informed, data-driven decisions that improve store performance.
- Identify opportunities to refine sales and operations plans, bringing fresh thinking to day-to-day challenges on the shop floor.
- Maintain stockroom organisation and back of house efficiency, continuously seeking smarter ways to manage flow and reduce friction.
- Demonstrate hunger for development by staying current on retail trends, including high-fashion merchandising practices, and bringing relevant insights back to the team.

- Responsible for the day-to-day running of the store, owning operational standards and ensuring smooth execution across all functions.
- Achieve or exceed store financial targets, delivering on retail sales and profit in line with agreed KPIs.
- Execute sales and operations plans with discipline and urgency, holding yourself and the team accountable to deadlines and timescales.
- Support management with any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as required, stepping up with a relentless can-do mindset.

CAPABILITIES & EXPERIENCE YOU BRING
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience at supervisor level, senior retail assistant, or above within a high-street retailer or comparable fast-paced retail environment.
- High-fashion background with demonstrated merchandising experience and a strong commercial eye.
- Track record of delivering customer-focused KPIs, with a clear understanding of how service quality drives financial results.
- Working knowledge of profit and loss principles and the ability to utilise business metrics — including revenue targets, per cap, and UPT — in day-to-day decision making.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to set clear expectations, provide meaningful feedback, and motivate a diverse team.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently deliver to agreed timescales.
- Enthusiastic, positive, and committed team player with a genuine hunger for personal and professional development.
