Supervisor - O'Connor's SPAR Firies
O'Connor's SPAR Firies is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Supervisor to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with retail experience who enjoys working in a busy customer-focused environment and wants to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Management team in the daily running of the store.
- Lead, motivate, and support team members to deliver excellent customer service.
- Ensure high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and food safety are maintained.
- Assist with stock management, ordering, deliveries, and merchandising.
- Manage cash handling and ensure company procedures are followed.
- Help train and develop new and existing team members.
- Deal with customer queries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the store during your shift.

Requirements:
- Previous retail supervisory or team leader experience preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and evenings as required.
