Location: High Street Kensington, London
Pay: Weekly Pay
Duration: 4-6 Week Temporary Assignment | Immediate Start
About the Role
We're currently recruiting for an experienced retail supervisor to join a premium retail brand on a temporary basis for an initial 4-6 week assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading from the front. You'll support the store management team in the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service and strong commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management team with daily store operations
- Open and close the store, including cash handling and banking procedures
- Lead, motivate and supervise the sales team throughout shifts
- Drive sales performance and support the achievement of store KPIs
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and lead by example on the shop floor
- Assist with stock management, replenishment and visual merchandising
- Support training and development of team members
- Ensure health & safety and security procedures are followed at all times

About You
- Previous supervisory experience within retail, ideally luxury/boutiques
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of retail KPIs
- Confident leading teams and managing shifts independently
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Organised, proactive and able to multitask in a busy environment
- Available to start immediately as this role is temporary
