Role Profile
- Reports to: Facilities/Compliance Manager
- Location: Glasgow, office based
- Salary: Dependent on experience
- Hours: 42.5 hours per week (8.30am to 5.30pm)

Role Overview
With a service-oriented mindset and the customer’s best interest at heart, as a Retail Support Analyst you will be responsible for supporting our retail stores across the United Kingdom, EU, and Canada. As a Retail Support Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for any stock-related issues. You will join a team where your role will be vital to the success of the operation, so being collaborative is essential.

What does a typical day sound like?
- Offer retail stores fast, consistent, and high-quality support.
- Carry out stock take investigations and format data via excel.
- Be responsible for updating stock batch records.
- Support with stock control issues, i.e., discrepancies, uniform allocations, thefts.
- Record transfer discrepancies.
- Input uniform stock adjustments.
- Allocate expense codes.
- Record any theft issues.
- Carry out filing and any general administration tasks.
- Export information from the till system and format within excel.
- Plus any other ad-hoc things within the Retail Support team.
