From the initial planning stages through to repurposing of materials at the end of the cycle, we are a valued partner to the clients we work with. Our core services are installation, merchandising, aftermarket and maintenance.
Who Are We Looking For?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Support Manager to join our friendly team in the field. Reporting to the Head of Field Service, the Retail Support Manager will be accountable for the front-end delivery of all allocated projects in order to ensure they progress smoothly and are completed successfully across retail stores in the UK.
In order to succeed in the role you must be able to demonstrate high attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and outstanding people-management skills.
Key skills for the role include:
- Full UK driving licence - you must be able to drive and meet our minimum driver requirements
- Technical ability - skills developed in retail operations particularly relating to merchandising principles
- Methodical - with a keen eye for detail, taking the time to ensure we deliver the client brief right first time
- Excellent Communication - you must be able to demonstrate clear, accurate and timely communication skills to support your field team in the delivery of our projects
- People-Management - ensuring all field-teams are supported, trained, coached, developed and managed to display the right behaviours and deliver outstanding service to our clients. The ability to celebrate success and address development areas
- Flexibility - the ability work hands-on in-store where needed, supporting your team by delivering alongside them
- Must be willing to stay away from home when required

What Does Your New Role Look Like?
Working on a permanent full-time basis, you will be a skilled leader within our Field Team. Supporting the teams within your region you will work alongside, supervise, coach, develop and manage a range of people from full-time colleagues to our Intermittent workers and also work closely with our Professional Partners.
You will be field based within Scotland and also supporting the North East of England and Ireland, you will be responsible for your team implementing retail displays for global brands within high street retailers.
You will do this by:
- Delivering Front End Projects: Lead the smooth and successful delivery of allocated projects, ensuring work is completed to a high standard, in line with client expectations and key business KPIs.
- Supporting Projects: Take a proactive, hands-on approach to supporting project delivery, helping teams complete work on time, right first time, and agreeing support plans with the Head of Field Services where required.
- Managing People: Manage, support and guide field teams to perform effectively, build strong on-site teams and deliver against both client and business expectations.
- Training: Ensure field teams are trained, graded and validated to deliver excellent service, while identifying future talent and maintaining accurate training records and systems.
- Development: Coach and develop field teams to demonstrate the right behaviours, recognising good performance and addressing areas for improvement to maintain high service standards.
- On-Site Ways of Working: Support teams to follow client site rules, policies and processes, ensuring work is completed safely, professionally and in line with expected standards.
- Communication and Reporting: Communicate clearly, accurately and on time with field teams, clients and internal stakeholders, while ensuring reports and systems such as Insite are kept up to date.
- Commercial Awareness: Make cost-effective decisions that support site margins, identify opportunities to reduce costs and raise clear business cases with your manager where appropriate.
