Ready to shape the future of one of the UK's biggest retailer brand businesses?

Our client is a £700m UK subsidiary of a global branded food business with revenues exceeding £20bn. Their products are found in millions of homes every day, and behind that success is a business committed to innovation, commercial excellence and building long-term partnerships with the UK's leading retailers.

As the business continues to invest in its Retailer Brand division, we're looking for an exceptional Retailer Brand Business Development Manager helping drive ambitious growth plans across one of the company's most exciting business units.

It's a highly commercial, cross-functional position where you'll influence strategy, drive major projects, analyse performance, coordinate complex initiatives and help shape the future direction of the Retailer Brand business.

Part of the commercial engine within this new strategic business unit you’ll turn strategy into action by:

  • Leading high-profile commercial and innovation projects from concept through to delivery
  • Turning market, customer and category data into meaningful commercial insight
  • Building compelling business cases and presentations for senior stakeholders

  • Working cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Category, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations and Product Development
  • Driving operational excellence through improved processes, reporting, planning and commercial discipline

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
