Retained UHNW Physician required for a private floating estate. Highly autonomous, permanent position paying £240k GBP tax-free in the Mediterranean.
A prominent ultra-high-net-worth principal is actively sourcing a sole medical practitioner for a highly confidential, permanent engagement. This is a unique opportunity for an independent clinical leader who excels outside traditional health systems and prioritizes absolute discretion. You will assume total accountability for the preventative and acute health management of the client within their secure, private maritime estate.
As the vessel navigates an elite circuit, your unwavering medical oversight will be required across exclusive anchorages in Italy, Monaco, the Algarve, Marbella, Ibiza, Mallorca, and the Greek Islands. We require a refined professional whose diagnostic precision is matched only by their commitment to unimpeachable medical privacy.

Requirements
- Academic Origin: Medical doctorate obtained from a recognized institution in the UK, Ireland, Australasia (Australia/New Zealand), Europe, or North America (USA/Canada).
- Experience Threshold: You must demonstrate at least 5 years of steadfast clinical experience subsequent to completing your specialist training.
- Core Specialty: Essential clinical background in Internal Medicine, Emergency Care, or Family Medicine.
- Linguistic Precision: Flawless English communication is non-negotiable to maintain stringent privacy standards and seamless operational interactions.
