Job Description
The role of Customer Relationship Specialist is really important to us. You will be responsible for assisting and retaining current, UK Fuels clients and looking to provide solutions for their needs.
There are also opportunities for a Team Leader role in this area.
We would love to welcome you to our Crewe Eurocard office, working hours of Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.
Your Responsibilities Day To Day Will Be…
- Making a high number of outbound telephone calls, looking to retain and service our customers.
- Maintaining a positive relationship between Radius and our customers.
- Answer questions about products or Radius as business.
- Drive retention, taking on feedback and putting it into practice.
- Offering services based on customer requirements.
- Driving sales and upsell on Radius products and services.

What do we expect of you?
- Fuel account knowledge/experience in the industry is preferred.
- Good communication skills and telephone manner.
- Driven approach to meet and exceed expectations of customers.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft office programmes e.g. Excel.
