Retention & Loyalty Executive | DTC Skincare | Hybrid | Pool and gym in office!

Our client is a high-profile and fast-growing D2C consumer health and wellbeing brand looking for a Retention & Loyalty Executive to take ownership of the customer journey after purchase. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 1-2 years' CRM, lifecycle, email marketing, or retention experience ideally from DTC/startup who wants real responsibility and exposure to senior leadership.

You'll be responsible for improving customer retention, subscription performance, and loyalty through data-led campaigns, customer insights, segmentation, and lifecycle optimisation. You'll work closely with Growth, Creative, Product, and Founders to increase customer lifetime value and reduce churn as they grow this incredible global brand! This role will give you direct access to senior leadership and allow you to work with a world-class team.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has 1-2 years' experience in CRM, lifecycle, retention, or email marketing from DTC or subscription retail
  • Is comfortable using platforms such as Klaviyo or similar
  • Enjoys working with data and turning insights into action
  • Is proactive, commercially minded, and keen to learn

This is 4 days from stunning London offices with on-site gym, sauna, pool. There is 25 days holiday + BH plus can do 2 weeks additional remote working. There is also an annual training fund for continual development.
