About Us
We're one of the fastest-growing Shopify Retention Agencies in the space, and the brands we work with love us for it. Our team is small, sharp, and obsessed with turning one-time buyers into loyal customers — and we're looking for someone ready to own more than just their own accounts.
Your Mission
Write the copy and run the project management for the 5-6 pod accounts owned by your Senior Retention Manager, while owning the day-to-day retention strategy for your own 1-2 accounts. Turning consistent delivery and confident account management into revenue, as you grow into full strategic ownership.
What You'll Do
- Own copywriting for the 5-6 pod accounts owned by your Senior Retention Manager based on the strategy they set
- Support project management across those accounts: status tracking, sending/chasing approvals, and day-to-day sequencing
- Own the retention roadmap & strategy for your own 1-2 accounts
- Lead client calls and business reviews on your own accounts, review data/reports, turn findings into concrete next steps
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
