We're looking for a seasoned Retention Lead to drive retention marketing strategy for top 1% Shopify brands at Frosted.
What You'll Do
As our Retention Lead, you'll own the strategic direction of client accounts, with a team of copywriter, designer, project manager and Klaviyo Technician following your guidance.
We want you to be fully focused on strategy and performance, so we have a dedicated project manager who handles all task deadlines and coordination on your behalf to keep the team on track. Your focus will be purely on driving results through:
- Strategy & Vision: Develop comprehensive retention strategies and marketing initiatives tailored to each brand's unique needs
- Data Analysis: Dive deep into campaign metrics, extract meaningful insights, and translate data into actionable recommendations
- Client Partnership: Lead performance review calls, present insights and strategies, and serve as the strategic advisor to our clients
- Team Leadership: Create strategic briefs, mentor the retention team on best practices, and ensure campaign excellence across all accounts

Requirements
- Extensive Klaviyo expertise
- Proven experience managing multiple e-commerce brands simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into compelling client presentations
- Excellent client-facing communication skills
- Available to cover UK/EST timezone
