Retention Strategist
Everboost | DTC retention marketing | Fully remote, Europe
Own retention for five or six 7 and 8 figure health and wellness brands that are scaling fast. At these brands retention is the engine, and your work is worth millions.
Everboost build retention engines across email, SMS, direct mail and subscriptions. New brands are signing every month, and they need another strategist to run a pod of their own.
The Role
You set each brand's retention strategy, lead the client relationship, and direct a copywriter, a designer and a tech specialist who deliver it. Clients call you first, not the founder.
Why Everboost
- Brands where retention moves real revenue, not a side channel
- Sharp operators around you every day, and a real say in how the agency is built
- Backed by Everboost's method, its standards and AI tooling that takes the grunt work off you
- A clear path: Strategist, Senior Strategist, Head of Strategy. Progression by scope and evidence, not tenure
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
