About the Role

Are you a confident communicator who loves turning conversations into sales? We’re looking for a driven, persuasive individual to join our Retentions Team—someone who thrives on hitting targets and keeping customers happy.

In this role, your focus will be maximising sales opportunities and minimising customer churn. You'll speak directly with customers via phone, email, and live chat—understanding their needs, solving their challenges, and offering the right solutions to encourage them to stay and buy more.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Recommend and sell the right hosting products based on customer needs
  • Stay up to date with our products and services
  • Manage cancellation requests and work to keep customers on board
  • Meet (and aim to beat!) your sales and retention targets
  • Guide customers to our help centre so they can support themselves in future
  • Record why customers leave to help us improve

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in sales and customer service (ideally over the phone)
  • Confident communicator with a persuasive style
  • Self-starter who’s target-driven and resilient
  • Able to multitask and stay organised under pressure
  • Quick to learn new systems and product knowledge
