Consultant, Retirement & Financial Wellbeing

Epsom/London - hybrid

Are you an experienced pensions professional looking for a role that combines governance, stakeholder management and strategic project work?

We are seeking a Consultant, Retirement & Financial Wellbeing to support the management and oversight of UK and European defined benefit pension arrangements, employee share plans and financial wellbeing initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in pension governance while gaining exposure to broader reward and financial wellbeing programmes within a global organisation.

The Opportunity

This varied role combines operational oversight, trustee engagement, governance coordination and strategic support. You will act as a key contact for pension trustees, advisers and internal stakeholders, ensuring pension arrangements are effectively managed and governed in line with regulatory requirements.

Alongside your pensions responsibilities, you will support wider retirement, employee share ownership and financial wellbeing activities, providing valuable insight and coordination across a range of initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
