A leading creative studio is hiring a Retoucher & Motion Finishing Artist to join its post-production team.
This is a hybrid creative role suited to someone who is fundamentally a high-end retoucher first, with the ability to support motion finishing workflows. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring all still and motion work that leaves the studio is polished, consistent, and client-ready.
The role focuses on:
- High-end retouching across automotive and commercial imagery
- Colour matching, compositing, and finishing across CGI, photography, and AI-generated assets
- Supporting motion workflows in DaVinci Resolve (grading, exports, basic editing)
- Maintaining consistency across campaigns, formats, and outputs

The studio is looking for someone who:
- Has a strong retouching portfolio
- Is highly proficient in Photoshop
- Has working experience with DaVinci Resolve
- Demonstrates a sharp eye for detail, colour, and realism
- Can work independently while integrating into an established team workflow

Salary: £30,000–£50,000 from mid-weight through to senior
Location: Derbyshire, UK (in-studio required initially; hybrid considered later)
