Role Overview:
We’re seeking a campaign retoucher with a strong creative eye and the ability to elevate global campaign imagery for brand moments across digital, social, and retail. You will focus primarily on campaign and social content, with an understanding of e-commerce workflows for cross-team alignment. This role requires strong colour grading, image processing, a keen eye for detail, and strong compositing experience.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Retouch campaign and social imagery to a high creative standard
- Execute precise colour matching and image processing to maintain consistency across campaign sets
- Perform advanced skin retouching, environmental clean-ups, and creative enhancements
- Produce high-quality composites, seamlessly combining multiple elements
- Ensure accurate representation of product details within campaign imagery
- Collaborate closely with all studio functions to align imagery with campaign guidelines
- Prepare assets for a wide range of deliverables (print, OOH, digital, social)
- Support e-commerce retouching needs during launches or peak periods
- Maintain an organised and efficient workflow, ensuring timely delivery of all assets
- Adhere to high quality JD campaign brand guidelines whilst keeping an understanding of deadlines and turnarounds
- Attend and contribute to team meetings
- Maintain general tidiness of studio and equipment
- Respond promptly and positively to emails and other forms of communication
- Work across the studio when required
- Maintain a positive attitude and always strive to find solutions
- Be an advocate for the JD Studio Team

Skills/Experience/Knowledge needed:
- 3–5+ years retouching for campaigns or advertising
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Proven experience creating complex composites for campaign-level visuals
- Strong colour grading, colour matching, and image processing skills
- Keen eye for detail across skin, product, and environmental elements
- Clear understanding of paid social formats, cropping, and platform requirements
- Experience working within a creative team to interpret and execute visual direction
- Familiarity with e-commerce image standards and processes

- Exposure to Quality Control processes for digital assets
- Understanding of site audits or multi-platform content checks
- Experience with a range of digital productivity, collaboration and project-management tools
- Familiarity with basic video editing/colour grading experience
- Comfortable using actions and automation or AI-assisted tools to streamline workflow
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation
