Are you someone who takes real pride in getting things right? We're looking for a talented and organised Retoucher & Image Coordinator to join our in-house creative team, helping bring our products to life across e-commerce, wholesale, retail, marketing and brand.
You'll retouch everything from e-commerce flats and hanging shots to editorial and location-based model imagery, working in a busy in-house studio with a team that genuinely cares about the craft.
You'll be the person who makes sure a jumper looks the same shade of navy whether it's flat, on a hanger or on a model, who versions out imagery precisely to whatever spec is thrown your way, and who keeps our ever-growing image library organised, searchable and easy for the wider business to rely on.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
