The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience within a Retrofit Surveyor/Assessor role – essential
- Elmhurst Energy accreditation – essential
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-based role
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Full UK driving licence – essential
Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site retrofit assessments in line with PAS 2035
- Carry out energy and occupancy assessments, condition surveys, and ventilation checks
- Use appropriate tools and software to produce high-quality reports and recommendations
- Support project delivery through accurate data collection and analysis
- Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure project records and documentation are maintained and updated
- Provide energy efficiency and retrofit advice to clients
- Stay up to date with current specifications, funding streams, and best practice guidance
