The Role
As a Retrofit Assessor, you’ll visit residential properties to carry out surveys, collect technical data and assess current energy performance in line with relevant retrofit standards.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 6 months’ experience in Retrofit Assessing
- Formal qualification as a Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA), Retrofit Assessor, or relevant building/energy qualification
- Good organisation and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail with surveys, documentation and compliance
- Comfortable working on-site in residential properties
- Valid UK driving licence
