About South East Retrofit Solutions

South East Retrofit Solutions Ltd is a growing independent retrofit consultancy based in Stansted Mountfitchet, providing Retrofit Assessment, Design, Coordination and associated technical services across London and the South East.

We work with contractors, local authorities and housing providers delivering PAS 2035 and energy-efficiency programmes, including Warm Homes projects.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Retrofit Bookings Administrator to join our team in Stansted Mountfitchet.

The primary responsibility will be booking and coordinating Retrofit Assessments and other property surveys, working alongside our existing administration team and communicating daily with residents, clients and our network of Retrofit Assessors.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Contacting residents to arrange Retrofit Assessments and property surveys
  • Managing assessors’ diaries and allocating appointments
  • Planning appointments efficiently by location, availability and travel time
  • Confirming appointments and managing cancellations and rearrangements
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls with residents
  • Liaising with Retrofit Assessors, Retrofit Coordinators, clients and contractors
  • Updating our CRM/project management systems and maintaining accurate job records
  • Monitoring appointments and jobs through the assessment process
  • Identifying diary gaps and proactively maximising assessor availability
  • Providing general project and administrative support to the wider team

About You

Previous experience within the retrofit/ECO or domestic energy-efficiency sector is strongly preferred.

We would particularly like to hear from candidates with experience in:

  • ECO4 / GBIS
  • PAS 2035
  • SHDF / Warm Homes programmes
  • Retrofit Assessment or Coordination
  • Social housing energy-efficiency programmes
  • Booking or scheduling property surveys/installations

  • Previous experience booking or scheduling appointments with residents/customers
  • Excellent telephone and communication skills
  • Strong diary management and organisational skills
  • Experience using CRM, booking or project management systems
  • The ability to manage multiple assessors and appointments simultaneously
  • Good geographical awareness and the ability to plan efficient survey routes
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A friendly, professional and proactive approach

Knowledge of Retrofit Assessments, EPCs, PAS 2035 or RdSAP would be a significant advantage.

The Position

  • Full-time
  • Office-based in Stansted Mountfitchet, Essex
  • Monday–Friday
  • Salary dependent on experience
