Retrofit Coordinator
Fully remote/WFH, with site visits across London and the Home Counties | £45,000 - £55,000 plus mileage
We're a PAS 2035 retrofit consultancy working for national principal contractors on Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund and ECO4 schemes across London and the East of England.
We're looking for an experienced coordinator with real building pathology knowledge. Someone who can look at a property and understand why it's failing, not just complete the paperwork.

The role:
You'll own retrofit coordination end to end: reviewing assessment data, producing improvement plans and designs, coordinating assessors and installers, managing the principal contractor relationship, and taking projects through to TrustMark lodgement.
What we need
- Certified Retrofit Coordinator, currently registered
- Strong building pathology: damp, condensation and mould mechanisms, moisture movement, thermal bridging, ventilation, and the unintended consequences of specifying the wrong measure
- Genuine delivery experience on funded social housing programmes, not just the qualification
- Confident dealing directly with principal contractors and clients
- UK-based, driving licence, willing to travel to site
