Main Purpose of Role

The role of a Returns Administrator is to deal with incoming customer enquiries, arrange collections of stock from customers and liaise with the sales force & other internal departments as appropriate.

We are looking for a qualified person to join our Returns Administration team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about stock collections.

Key Accountabilities

  • To co-ordinate and communicate with other departments within GDHV to ensure that customer requirements are met within the required timescales.
  • Process collections from customers within agreed timescales meeting customer requirements.
  • To follow up on failed collections and maintain appropriate spreadsheets within the department to ensure necessary action is taken to predetermined timescales.
  • To respond to customer enquiries in a professional and efficient manner by phone and email as appropriate and to identify and resolve all customer issues, delivering outstanding customer service.
  • To assist the Department in developing cross team co-operation and liaison with all departments.
  • To undertake any ad hoc tasks that may be necessary as specified by the Returns Team Lead deliver exceptional customer service.

Essential Criteria

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Microsoft Office
  • SAP

Desirable Criteria

  • Previous experience in similar position, data entry, answering incoming telephone calls.
  • High organisational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time.
  • Ability to prioritise own workload.
  • Competent IT skills
  • An administrative background
  • Must be detail oriented.
