Commercial
flatfair is growing, and we want the way our commercial teams operate to scale with us.
We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to make the systems, data and processes behind Sales, Marketing and Partnerships work harder for the business.
You’ll own the infrastructure behind our revenue engine, with HubSpot as a key platform, and improve how work flows across the commercial team. That could mean fixing a broken process, improving reporting, connecting tools, introducing automation or finding a better way to use AI.
The goal is simple: make our commercial teams more productive, give leaders better insight and build a revenue operation that can scale with the business.
What you’ll improve
You’ll have broad ownership across Revenue Operations, with a focus on measurable improvements to how the commercial team works.
That means:
- Better commercial visibility, with trusted reporting across pipeline, conversion, marketing performance, partner performance and revenue.
- Stronger forecasting and decision-making, with better data and clearer insight into where performance is strong, where it’s leaking and what needs attention.
- More productive teams, by removing unnecessary manual work, improving handovers and fixing processes that slow people down.
- A more scalable revenue operation, with systems, automation and integrations that support growth rather than create more admin.
- Better use of technology, getting more from HubSpot and our existing tools while introducing new ones where there’s a clear business case.
- Better-connected Sales, Marketing and Partnerships, with processes and data that work across the whole commercial journey rather than in separate silos.
- Higher adoption and consistency, so the tools and processes we build genuinely improve the way people work.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who combines commercial understanding, strong systems thinking and the ability to get things done.
You might come from Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations or Revenue Systems. Your title matters less than what you’ve actually improved.
We’d like to hear from you if you’ve:
- Improved the systems and processes behind a commercial organisation and can show the impact that had.
- Worked across several parts of the revenue funnel rather than operating entirely within one team.
- Used data to diagnose commercial problems and influence what happens next.
- Improved reporting, forecasting, pipeline visibility or commercial insight.
- Built or implemented automation, integrations or workflows that made teams more effective.
- Got strong hands-on experience with HubSpot and understand how it fits into a wider commercial technology stack.
- Helped teams adopt new tools and processes, rather than simply designing them.
- Looked at inefficient or manual work and found a better way to do it.

You don’t need to know every tool we might use in the future. We care more about whether you can understand the problem, choose the right solution and implement it well.
Experience with partner-led or B2B2C businesses would be particularly useful. We’re also interested in people who are already finding practical ways to use AI and automation in Revenue Operations.
Why flatfair?
This is a chance to shape Revenue Operations at a point where it can have a real impact on how flatfair grows.
There’s a good foundation, but plenty of opportunity to improve how our technology, data and processes fit together. You’ll have broad ownership, direct exposure to senior commercial leadership and the freedom to challenge how we work today when there’s a better way.
Our values are Brave, Connected, Show Up and Welcoming. We want someone who’s curious enough to question the status quo, collaborative enough to build solutions people actually use and accountable for making those improvements stick.
