We are partnering with a highly successful international business that operates within a complex project-led and industrial environment. The organisation is experiencing strong growth and is investing significantly in strengthening its finance function, controls environment, and reporting processes.
As part of this journey, they are seeking an experienced interim finance professional to lead a critical revenue accounting improvement programme.
This is a high-impact role with direct exposure to senior finance leadership, offering the opportunity to identify and resolve complex revenue accounting challenges, improve controls, and implement sustainable process enhancements across a large and dynamic business.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a comprehensive review of revenue accounting processes and controls.
- Provide technical expertise on IFRS 15 and ensure compliance across the business.
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve revenue recognition issues.
- Strengthen balance sheet governance, reconciliations, and financial controls.
- Drive automation initiatives and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Partner with finance and operational stakeholders to deliver lasting improvements.
- Establish robust processes that support future growth and scalability.

Candidate Profile
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Strong IFRS 15 expertise gained within a complex commercial environment.
- Demonstrable track record of fixing revenue accounting issues and improving controls.
- Strong balance sheet and financial control experience.
- Experience delivering finance transformation, process improvement, and automation initiatives.
- Able to rapidly assess challenges, build credibility, and deliver results from day one.
- Experience within industrial, engineering, manufacturing, infrastructure, or similarly complex businesses would be advantageous.
