The Role
We are looking for an analytical and detail-focused Revenue Analyst to support our UK portfolio. You will deliver accurate reporting and commercial insights to support pricing, inventory and business mix decisions. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your Revenue Management career, with a clear progression path towards becoming an Assistant Cluster Revenue Manager and managing your own portfolio of properties.

We would love you to have
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to interpret data, identify trends, and communicate clear commercial recommendations.
- Experience using Opera PMS and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- A structured and organized approach, with the ability to manage recurring reporting deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with a range of stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset and genuine interest in developing a career in Revenue Management.
- The ability to challenge information constructively and investigate discrepancies.
- Previous experience in hospitality, revenue management, commercial analysis, or a similar analytical role would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of SAS, SQL, VBA, or AI-enabled analytical tools would be beneficial but is not essential.
- The ability to interpret technical information and explain complex issues clearly would be advantageous.
- An accounting qualification or part qualification would be desirable but is not essential.
What you can do for us
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports covering market share, ancillary revenue, car parking, day of week performance, source segments, forecasts, executive rooms, rolling premiums, corrections, and adjustments.
- Analyse performance data and make clear recommendations with guidance from the Revenue Management team.
- Collate and validate data in line with established processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Complete weekly rate parity checks to ensure Staycity offers the best available rates and availability across all channels.
- Investigate rate discrepancies and follow up with the relevant teams where necessary.
- Carry out detailed analytical reviews, challenge data inputs, and ensure reporting is accurate and clearly understood by stakeholders.
- Monitor revenue management system performance and highlight opportunities relating to pricing, inventory, and business mix.
- Provide meaningful commercial insights that support faster and better informed decisions.
- Improve reporting processes, consistency, and efficiency across the UK portfolio.
- Develop strong revenue reporting knowledge and become a trusted point of contact for colleagues and business partners.
- Support Revenue Managers with operational and analytical activities, allowing them to focus on strategy and revenue optimization.
- Work collaboratively with Revenue Managers, Marketing, and hotel teams to deliver commercial objectives and share best practice.
- Provide flexible support across the portfolio during peak periods, projects, or team absences, ensuring continuity of the Revenue function.
