The Role Outline: Your Week at a Glance

As our remote Revenue Management Analyst, you will be the commercial brain behind a dedicated cluster of our 34 Village properties. Working from home, you will maximise our accommodation and Meetings & Events revenue, pushing beyond the budget by taking total ownership of our daily, tactical, and strategic pricing.

Why Village?

At Village, we do hospitality a little differently. We are all about personality, genuine connections, and creating great experiences for our guests and each other. That is why we back our teams to be themselves, take ownership, learn new skills, and grow their careers.

Previous experience is great, but your attitude, energy, and commercial acumen matter much more to us. If you are analytical, positive, love working as part of a team, and enjoy the thrill of driving profit, we will give you all the support, training, and opportunities you need. Because it really does take a Village.

How the Village Thrives

We live our culture through four simple commitments:

  • We Can & We Do: We show up to make a genuine difference and do fantastic work every day, with purpose.
  • We Will: Treat each other with respect and dignity. No ego, no drama. We try our best and look out for each other.
  • We Care: We care about our impact on guests, the community, and each other.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Your Shift: What You Will Actually Be Doing

We do not just need a number cruncher. We need a commercial powerhouse who understands hospitality. We trust you to handle:

  • The Commercial Strategy: Setting up and driving individual hotel pricing strategies for the short, medium, and long term to guarantee we dominate our local markets.
  • The Data & Analytics: Diving deep into the data to spot new trends, highlight risks, and take immediate, relevant pricing action when the market deviates from our expectations.
  • The Forecasting & Competitiveness: Carrying out highly accurate weekly and monthly room forecasting while monitoring our daily competitiveness against the wider market.
  • The Internal Network: Working seamlessly with the wider Revenue Management team to share best practices, and partnering closely with our Distribution team to build rates and manage our OTA relationships.

How We Succeed Together

We do not micromanage. It takes a village, so we believe in Ownership & Integrity, giving you the autonomy to take calculated risks and make decisions on the fly. We champion teamwork, hate corporate jargon, and desperately want you to succeed.
