As our portfolio continues to grow, we are seeking a talented Revenue & Data Performance Manager to play a critical role in maximising occupancy, revenue, and yield. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded analyst who thrives on turning complex data into meaningful insight and influencing business performance through evidence-based decision making.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Revenue & Data Performance Manager will be responsible for driving commercial performance across the Student Castle portfolio through revenue management, forecasting, business intelligence, and data analysis.

This role sits at the intersection of revenue strategy and data performance. You will use advanced analytical techniques, systems expertise, and commercial insight to optimise pricing, improve occupancy, identify growth opportunities, and support strategic decision making across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing pricing and yield strategies to maximise revenue and occupancy.
  • Producing accurate occupancy and revenue forecasts, scenario planning, and demand modelling.
  • Ensuring data integrity across CRM, property management, booking, and business intelligence systems.
  • Translating complex data into actionable recommendations that influence commercial strategy and operational performance.
  • Partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Property teams to improve performance across the portfolio.

Success in this role will depend on your ability to leverage data, systems, and business intelligence tools to influence revenue performance and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.

You will bring:

  • Proven experience in Revenue Management or a commercial role.
  • Strong analytical, forecasting, and scenario-planning capabilities.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience working with large, complex datasets and multiple data sources.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a clear understanding of pricing strategy and revenue optimisation.
  • The confidence and credibility to challenge assumptions and influence stakeholders at all levels through data-led insight.
  • A proactive approach to improving systems, reporting processes, and data quality.
