We’re looking for an ambitious, commercially driven Revenue and Sales Manager to help shape the next chapter of Ansty Hall’s success.
Set within picturesque grounds and brimming with character, Ansty Hall is a beautifully restored country house and proud member of the Exclusive Collection. With exceptional dining, versatile event spaces and a warm, personal approach to hospitality, it’s where heritage meets contemporary elegance and where unforgettable guest experiences come to life.
Working closely with the General Manager and Group support teams, you’ll take the lead on sales, revenue, marketing and pricing strategies across the hotel. From uncovering new business opportunities and building valuable client relationships to optimising performance across every revenue stream, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire and develop the on-property Sales Team to achieve and exceed revenue and budget targets
- Create and deliver dynamic sales, marketing, pricing and revenue strategies across every revenue stream
- Identify new commercial opportunities and turn them into measurable business growth
- Build lasting relationships with key clients, partners and industry contacts
- Maximise the conversion of enquiries through proactive follow-up and focused sales activity
- Monitor performance through accurate forecasting, reporting, revenue meetings and market analysis
- Use competitor activity, booking trends and third-party performance to identify opportunities and manage risks
- Drive team performance through coaching, training, succession planning and personal development reviews
- Ensure Ansty Hall is presented accurately and compellingly across every marketing channel
- Deliver exceptional client show-rounds, appointments and events that showcase everything the hotel has to offer
- Collaborate with hotel departments and Group teams to achieve commercial objectives while enhancing the guest experience

Person Specification
- Proven experience in hotel sales, revenue management and hospitality operations
- A strong track record of leading, coaching and developing high-performing teams
- Excellent analytical skills and the confidence to interpret financial, statistical and performance data
- Outstanding communication, presentation and relationship-building abilities
- A commercially focused mindset, with strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Experience using hotel property management and revenue systems, such as Hart or similar
- A highly organised, proactive and results-driven approach
- The ability to manage competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment
