Revenue Assistant

We are looking to grow our brilliant in-house finance team here at Brands2Life by hiring an ambitious, credible and reliable Revenue Assistant.

Brands2Life is a 180+ people, integrated communications agency. We have a fantastic team and a very competitive client base spanning some of the best-known brands in technology, health, professional services and consumer markets.

Working alongside an experienced team of finance professionals, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the full revenue process for three divisions within the agency, to include:
  • Checking and approving job estimates
  • Attending monthly tracking meetings with client teams to recognise revenue in the correct period
  • Daily updates to job forecasting on our finance system (Paprika)
  • Releasing revenue and expenses (WIP) on monthly basis
  • Invoicing clients (ad-hoc as required)
  • Reconciling deferred income
  • Chasing and updating client purchase orders and notifying accounts teams
  • Liaise with members of staff at all levels across the business to ensure all information being entered is accurate
  • Reporting into the Revenue Manager and working closely with the wider revenue team
  • Other adhoc administrative tasks as required

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Current or prior experience working in a busy revenue team
  • Excellent numerical skills
  • Experience of using Paprika software (or a similar financial system)
  • Strong multitasking skills with an attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the confidence to speak with staff internally at all levels
