Revenue Assurance & Billing Team Leader

Hybrid | Warrington (Birchwood) | Competitive Salary

We're looking for a Revenue Assurance & Billing Team Leader to join the Finance team and lead a close-knit team of two.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining leadership, data analysis and commercial thinking to drive real business impact.

In this role, you'll take ownership of revenue assurance activities, ensuring revenue is accurately tracked, realised and protected from leakage. Working collaboratively with colleagues across Finance, Sales and Procurement, you'll identify trends, solve complex challenges and implement improvements that strengthen business performance.

Alongside leading and developing your team, you'll oversee billing processes, supplier engagement, reconciliations, reporting and data governance. You'll play a key role in enhancing processes, driving efficiencies and ensuring the accurate flow of data into our finance systems.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in Revenue Assurance, Billing or a similar analytical role
  • Previous people management or team leadership experience
  • Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis expertise
  • Experience investigating and resolving revenue or billing discrepancies
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A passion for continuous improvement and process optimisation
