Revenue Assurance Manager
VNI Finance is working in exclusive partnership with a fast-growing and successful privately owned business to recruit a newly created Revenue Assurance Manager.
This is a key appointment, responsible for leading the Revenue Protection team and providing independent oversight of supplier cost accuracy and completeness. The successful candidate will lead and develop a team, working closely with operational, commercial and finance stakeholders to resolve supplier billing discrepancies, improve control effectiveness and strengthen the control environment.

Key responsibilities
- Ensure all cost of sale invoices are processed accurately and within agreed SLA’s
- Ensure all queries are raised and checked with the business and/or the supplier
- Investigate billing errors, pricing discrepancies and margin anomalies
- Lead root-cause investigations and drive corrective action
- Proactively identify low and negative margin activity
- Improve controls across billing, pricing and revenue processes
- Produce clear reporting for management
- Lead, support and develop the team
Candidate profile
We are interested in speaking with experienced revenue assurance, accounts payable or invoice reconciliation professionals from complex, high-volume environments.

You will need strong analytical skills, a detailed understanding of purchase and sales invoice checking and the confidence to challenge both internal and external stakeholders.
Working arrangements
The role is based in Troon and requires 40 hours over five days per week onsite, with some flexibility around start and finish times.
