Ready for your next contract assignment with a highly regarded London law firm? This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Revenue Controller to join a collaborative and forward-thinking finance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Working within a respected organisation known for its people-first culture, you'll play a pivotal role in a major billing transformation project while taking ownership of end-to-end revenue processes. If you're looking for a long-term contract that will add a prestigious name and valuable project experience to your CV, this could be the ideal next move.
This is far more than a traditional billing role. You'll be heavily involved in the rollout and optimisation of an upgraded practice management system across the business, acting as a key point of expertise and helping shape billing processes, templates and best practice. Alongside project work, you'll manage the billing cycle for a specialist practice group, partnering closely with stakeholders to drive efficient WIP management, accurate billing and exceptional client service. It's a fantastic opportunity to combine BAU responsibilities with meaningful change-project exposure.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
