Revenue Controller

An exciting newly created opportunity for an experienced Revenue Controller to join leading US law firm in London, supporting all London and some APAC region based revenue and collections, using 3E.

What’s On Offer:

  • Salary to £75,000 + excellent employee benefits
  • 09:00-17:00 working hours
  • Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote)
  • Offices based in Chancery Lane / Holborn

Revenue Controller – What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Onboard new clients, providing billing guidance and establishing key contacts
  • Act as the primary contact for client billing and payment enquiries
  • Coordinate with internal teams on billing, rates, timekeeper details, invoice narratives, payments, wires, credits and trust accounting
  • Escalate fee disputes, write-off requests and payment plans with appropriate context and recommendations
  • Coordinate account handoffs when formal collection efforts are required
  • Prepare portfolio, aging and payment reports, including monitor portfolio metrics, client engagement, payment timing and aging trends
  • Share best practices and identify and recommend improvements to onboarding and client communication processes

  • 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role involving revenue control and collections
  • Law firm billing cycles, engagement letters and fee arrangements is required
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple client relationships simultaneously
  • Proficiency with financial systems, CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Elite 3E experience highly advantageous
