This opportunity is for a Revenue Development Representative ("RDR"), responsible for expanding our customer base across Europe. You will identify potential customers and assess how we can address their challenges. Using discovery calls, you will engage in strategic discussions with decision-makers such as CEOs, Directors, and Managers to understand their long-term goals.
Responsibilities
You will:
- Expand and fill the sales pipeline with high-quality leads
- Consistently follow up with prospects
- Schedule video or face-to-face appointments after discovery calls to explore their strategic business challenges
- Develop persuasive strategies to engage prospects
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams
- Provide insights on new platform developments

Requirements
To excel in this role, you should have:
- 1+ years of experience in sales/customer service
- Strong spoken and written German skills
- Proactive approach with confidence to:
- Make calls
- Send emails
- Engage with prospects
- A social, empathetic personality, with strong listening and problem-solving skills to translate customer needs into projects
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and fiercely ambitious with a drive towards achievement and target-setting
- Ability to work autonomously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
