Revenue Distribution Executive
We are seeking an exceptional Revenue Distribution Executive to join the Maybourne Revenue Management team at Corporate Office on a Fixed Term 12-month basis.

As a Revenue Distribution Executive you will assist the Revenue team in maximizing revenue and profit associated with rooms from Maybourne through Revenue Management best practices. You will continuously review all practices to ensure optimization of all processes and output to provide value to all teams (Sales, Marketing, RSO and Front Office). You will also coordinate, audit, maintain and manage the quality of data entered all Revenue-related systems and assist all areas of the business to use this data to its greatest potential.
Main responsibilities of the Revenue Distribution Executive role include but are not limited to:
- Comprehensive understanding of ALL related IT systems (Opera Cloud and Oracle R&A, RezView Next Generation (RVNG), Cendyn Custom IBE, eInsight, Lighthouse, Sabre Red, Salesforce, TravelClick, Windows Applications, various Intranets, website, OTA extranets and MHG Intranet).
- Responsible for rate loading, maintenance and auditing of data across all channels (Opera Cloud, GDS, RVNG, IBE, Web & OTAs).
- Responsible for adding, maintaining and reviewing content on all channels: OTAs, GDS (to include image portfolio and HOD), RVNG, IBE, website and Opera Cloud.
- Daily review, quarterly audit and bi-annual training of GDS (database and sell strategy) and website.
- Timely and accurate delivery of ‘Business Done’ and ‘Pick up’ sheets on a daily basis and be conversant in producing the daily Activity Report. Validation of daily & monthly ‘rooms’ data and input on STR extranet.
- Monitor and control of contracted allocations ensuring that unsold inventory is returned at the earliest contracted time.
- Check, audit and manage direct connection with OTAs, ensuring rates of parity, availability and integrity. Account management, maximization and optimization of OTA portfolio including update of content, inventory and restrictions.
