About the Role
Pacvue is growing its Sales and Marketing organizations across EMEA. This role owns onboarding and continuous enablement delivery for new hires across the region, working independently within the enablement framework set by the wider Revenue Enablement function. It's a role with full ownership of execution, with room to grow into broader program ownership.
Responsibilities
Onboarding (primary focus, in priority order)
- Independently design and deliver onboarding programs for new hires in EMEA, focusing on customer-facing roles first.
- Independently design role-specific onboarding paths for each function across EMEA, using judgment and precedent to resolve gaps, with EMEA leads and Product consulted rather than directing the work.
- Own onboarding logistics, schedules end-to-end, and track new hire progress through their ramp period.
- Gather feedback from new hires and managers to continuously improve onboarding content and pacing, and independently determine what changes to make.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Maintain and evolve a central library of enablement materials for EMEA.
- Independently gather input from Sales and Customer-facing teams to identify knowledge gaps or recurring questions, and determine what future training is needed.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Act as the primary point of contact between EMEA Sales, Product, and Customer Success leads on enablement priorities, aligning enablement delivery with business needs.
- Lead or contribute to ad hoc projects for the wider Revenue Enablement function as needed.
