Description
We’re looking for an enablement partner with a deep understanding of MM/SMB sales motions, both Sales and Client Success. You thrive in fast-paced environments, turning ambiguity into clarity and building repeatable systems that drive measurable productivity lift.
You know how to design onboarding, diagnose skill gaps, run high-impact programs, and you’re skilled at simplifying complex workflows into clear, actionable guidance for the field. You collaborate well across Sales Leadership, RevOps, Global Enablement, and you use data to identify gaps, influence leaders, and measure impact. Strong commercial intuition, excellent communication, and a reputation for execution are essential.
What You'll Do
- Build and run the EMEA new business and client success SMB/MM playbook aligned to our global enablement programs and drive adoption of operating rhythms.
- Improve sales performance by strengthening execution in sales methodology and understanding of our client’s business outcomes.
- Own and run the onboarding journey for new business and client success MM and SMB, shortening ramp through structured learning paths, milestone assessments, and manager enablement.
- Implement role specific excellence programs for MM/SMB Sales and CS roles and support product training & enablement.
- Tailor global enablement assets to regional realities and ensure consistent, high-quality adoption across teams.
- Represent the EMEA field voice into global programs, surfacing insights on what's working, what’s blocking sellers, and what changes matter most.
- Work directly on the enablement team reporting to the VP of Sales Enablement while maintaining strong alignment & stakeholder management with local EMEA sales Leadership & Rev Ops.

- A proven reputation for execution, collaboration, and strong selling skills.
- Experience onboarding and developing new hires in a fast-moving sales environment.
- Ability to simplify complex processes into clear, repeatable, actionable steps.
- Comfort using data to diagnose gaps and measure impact.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills that earn trust from sellers and leaders.
