Who you are:
We are always looking for amazing talent who can contribute to our growth and deliver results! Geotab is seeking a Revenue Enablement Specialist who will drive adoption, optimization, and continuous improvement of software platforms across our Customer Success organization. In this role, you will own the Salesloft platform end-to-end — building the cadences, flows, and best practices that help CS teams work smarter and spend more time with customers. If you love technology, enablement, and making complex workflows simpler, and are keen to join an industry leader — we would love to hear from you!
What you’ll do:
As a Revenue Enablement Specialist, your key area of responsibility will be serving as the primary owner of the Salesloft platform within our Business Transformation and Enablement team — championing adoption across CS teams and building the systems that power their success. You will design and iterate on cadences tailored to CS workflows (renewals, onboarding, check-ins, and escalations), develop best-practice guides and playbooks, and track adoption metrics to surface targeted interventions where engagement is low. You will also identify manual and repetitive tasks across CS workflows and design automations that eliminate friction for reps. You will need to work closely with CS managers, RevOps, and IT/BTO to align platform configuration with evolving business needs.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Collaborate with CS leadership to translate their engagement strategies into executable Salesloft sequences.
- Maintain a cadence library and ensure content stays current and relevant.
- Identify manual, repetitive tasks within CS workflows and design automations to eliminate them.
- Leverage Salesloft's automation rules, triggers, and integrations (e.g., Salesforce sync) to streamline rep activity.

- 2–4 years of experience in sales/revenue enablement, sales operations, or a CS operations role
