About The Role
Based in Reading, this full-time Revenue Forecasting & Reporting Manager role leads budgeting, forecasting and reporting for wholesale revenue, billing and cash flows. The position holder oversees a team of analysts, working alongside Finance, Retail and operational colleagues to pinpoint performance drivers, examine emerging trends and guide strategic choices.
Offering £51,000 to £70,000 annually, dependent on knowledge and experience, the post suits a commercially minded professional with strong analytical, forecasting and stakeholder engagement abilities. Responsibilities include improving forecast accuracy and delivering robust financial insight that shapes decisions on yearly revenue and cash flows reaching £1bn. This is a permanent contract with Pertemps Thames Water.

We are looking for a commercially minded Revenue Forecasting & Reporting Manager to lead the budgeting, forecasting and reporting of wholesale revenue, billing and cash flows. This role combines financial analysis, forecasting and stakeholder engagement, helping the business understand performance, enhance forecast accuracy and make informed decisions through robust financial insight.
You'll work closely with colleagues across Finance, Retail and operational teams to identify key performance drivers, analyse emerging trends and support strategic decision-making. This is an exciting opportunity to influence the management of annual revenue and cash flows of up to £1bn while leading a team of analysts responsible for delivering high-quality reporting and forecasting activities.

What you'll be doing as a Revenue Forecasting & Reporting Manager
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting and reporting of wholesale revenue, billing and cash flows.
- Work with Finance, Retail and operational teams to identify key performance drivers and analyse emerging trends.
- Support strategic decision-making through robust financial insight.
- Improve forecast accuracy and deliver high-quality reporting and forecasting activities.
