Revenue Growth Executive

About the Role

We are looking to appoint a Revenue Growth Executive to work in partnership with the commercial and marketing teams to maximise profitable growth by optimising our analytics on pricing, promotions, pack architecture, SKU profitability, and trade investment.

What You Will Do

  • Provide local performance reporting – Turn Revenue Growth Management analytics into insights via reports, dashboards, and recommendations based on KPI delivery - covering volume, value, profitability, and market observations.
  • Support Commercial Delivery – Through Revenue Growth Management insights and analysis including promotional performance and profitability, pricing execution, and PPA identification. Taking a commercially creative mindset to our RGM thinking.
  • Revenue Growth Management Leadership – Taking the lead on promotional evaluations and analysis to propose optimal pricing and promotional guidelines for key Essity brands.
  • Promotional Consolidated Laydowns – Working with Sales to ensure all promo laydowns are kept up to date with pricing, feature, and EPOS to allow speedy analysis.
  • Promo Pressure Points/Price Indices – Turning laydowns into scoreable PPP tables for review alongside monitoring price indices vs the competitive set.
  • Revenue Growth Management Best Practice – Keeping a finger on the FMCG pulse. Monitoring the marketplace, retail environment, and bringing RGM examples from competing and non-competing categories into Essity to create a best-in-class environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
